Higuchi Paint, founded by the second generation in 1960, is a painting and remodeling company in Iga City now managed by the third generation. Since March 2014, we have been operating as Shin Life Create Co., Ltd., serving mainly single-family homes, multi-family dwellings, and stores in Iga City with a focus on customer referrals.
Our services cover a wide area, including Iga City, all of Mie Prefecture, the Kinki region, and the Chubu region, offering exterior and interior painting for various buildings. We can paint any structure, including single-family homes, apartments, buildings, stores, factories, and maintenance facilities.
